The pool l guy will do some basic work, maybe even get it operating, but it will be shoddy work, with inferior products, every corner cut hard, no permits, no inspections, a couple of bribes, etc. He’ll walk away with a bunch of money, and a nefarious secret he shares with the President, that he can call on when he needs it. .
