This is the wrong question. It should be, “what we can do now that the rule of law doesn’t exist?”
People need to accept that even the imperfect way the US operated is gone. Its not coming back. There are new rules and orders. The billionaire class got what they wanted and finisher their coup. They amassed such power they won’t give it up. It’s really that simple.
Once you get there you can start to address the problem.
I think I found my topic to write on next week…now for an aside.
I’m not sure what irks me about Coffee Klatch. Or Mr. Reich. Its bugged me for years. Great teacher, tried under Clinton but failed to enact change, all good by me. Maybe I feel he toots the same horn in a different tone over and over? Honestly. I’m not sure. Just bugs me.
Whatever you think of Robert Reich, he as a person, and the things he says or advises, are orders of magnitude better than whatever nauseating shit is coming out of the fascist posse currently in charge.
I’ll take a mediocre democrat over a terrible Trumpista any day. If things ever go back to normal, there’ll be time enough to bicker over which normal person is better than which other normal person.
