      Depends on whether HR and IT are competent.

      If they’re going all in on AI, I have my doubts.

        honestly if you have incompetent HR nowadays you have really fucked up your hiring process, which is your owners’/directors’ problem if you fuck up hiring your hiring people. HR is so easily outsourceable. If your locale has weird local laws there will be local HR firms. If it doesn’t you can hire ADP (or similar i just am used to their forms after i’m not doing the math after midnight years that’s a gremlin rule) or a local accounting firm
