Actually prosecuting the perpetrators rather than giving olive-branch after olive-branch like Biden did seems far more effective at reducing the risk of another coup (or electoral comeback based on claims the courts are being weaponized since they’re no conviction to point at).

the only way to prevent that is to get paranoid and start arresting/executing your staff/cabinet; every time that happens, the country gets managed worse and then your people overthrow you themselves.

if government workers are far-right, then it’s best to dismiss them and help them find another normal job. Another worker then can be hired.
Generally, a government worker should be expected to do as the law says, insofar the law is not repressive for the community. When the law favours the far-right and reactionaries, then it is not reasonable, and it is duty to rise up.
When the law favours neutrality, that is, not bribed in favour for fascism, then it is reasonable.
