Wow where did you find this photo of my spouse (flowers) and I (trash).
I couldn’t sleep last night and I am turbo stressed about the accommodations process. It’s like when people do something so clearly wrong my brain short circuits and I don’t know how to process it.
I have asked for a list of duties. They have said they cannot provide it. They have said that my functional abilities will limit my ability to do my core job duties. The legal bar they have to meet is proving that, after accommodations are provided (up to undue hardship), I have failed to perform my core job duties.
How the fuck you gonna prove that if you can’t give me a list of my job duties?
