I was on my regional sub Reddit and it turned right-wing real quick. Heard of Lemmy, decide to check it out, after 2-3 months I saw that I was more on Lemmy than Reddit so I deleted it.
In the background the API shit and their opening in the Market was happening so it probably help me to go
i heard most regional subs have been astroturfed by right wingers, i wouldnt be surprised it came from 1 source.
I got banned from my state sub by a mod who didn’t live here. Dipshit was a mod on nearly thirty subs. Turns out he/she/it was a right wing shill. That came out in the drama right before I jumped ship and came to lemmy full time.
thats like what happened to cities, states on the west coast. all were controlled by conservatives.
