I don’t think OP is referring to any of that. More so the infotainments systems, touch controlled dashboards etc.
Idk, just because a car doesn’t have a touchscreen doesn’t mean the computers aren’t tracking you. Anything with ADAS (advanced driver assistance systems) is going to phone home, and vehicles are required to have a lot of the systems now.
All that can be disabled in some cars, i.e. Kia.

For sure, but blaming that on computers in general is a bit dumb
