    If you don’t drink, don’t smoke, don’t do hard drugs, don’t eat sugar, don’t eat excessive red meat, exercise regularly, and drink mostly water, then sure, you can worry about microplastics and PFAS.

    But if any of those things aren’t true, and you want to make the best use of your time, you’ll have a much greater positive impact on your health by prioritizing those other things first.

      PFAS on the other hand is a hormone disrupter. On top of giving you cancer it’s probably one of the major reasons for the mental health issues plaguing the world and the current state of tribalism.

        This is why our body can make its own supply of glucose, via gluconeogenesis. So we needn’t eat any sugar, at all.
