St. Catharines? I didn’t see that coming (and still find it perplexing).

I think lists like this throw in an "unknown’ for street cred.

The photo in the article looks…dismal, and I can’t say that I can identify what part of St. Catherine’s is downtown… but Port Dalhousie is pretty cute? Like near Lakeside Park.

Eta: Niagara Collage has a good hospitality/culinary program too, I could see graduates making their mark on St. Catherine’s.
