    The most significant thing about this development is that Timmy (CEO) was extremely vocal about being basically anti-Linux. So this is, in a way, the market (and also Valve largely) forcing his hand, which is the way things should work in an educated society. It’s the way capitalists like the pretend the world works.

      maybe you can find something different but i never saw his stance as “anti” linux but more 'linux isnt worth the time". being honest, i think its more that Microsoft has been very good to epic, however Microsoft has gone through too many identity crises.

      either way, i do think there is a good future gaming on linux and linux in general.

        I don’t know that MS has “identity crises”. Windows just shifted from being a tool for people to use computers to a tool for Microsoft to use people.
