Our power went out at 2:00AM this morning due to storms. Power is out across the city. I am typing this by lantern. I don’t know if I can go to work today as of right now I cannot make coffee.

I accidentally poured tapwater over my coffee in my french press this morning (I apparently forgot to hit the button on the kettle to heat the water and definitely failed to check). It was alright, if weak, impromptu cold-brew. Hope your power comes back soon!
