White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate contain a ton of sugar.
Dark Chocolate is made up primarly of cocoa. It’s much healthier.
As a general rule, the darker the better.
Don’t be fooled. REAL dark is made at least by 80% of cocoa. If it contains less than 80%, then it’s not actually dark chocolate.
If you are used to eating a lot of sugar in your diet, you might be horrified and shocked by the taste of dark chocolate. Don’t go to extremes like 99% immediatly. You need to get used to the bitter taste.

So it is still made from cocoa beans like chocolate, has the consistency of chocolate, and it has its sweet taste like chocolate.
