I was in junior high and this kid came in one day wearing a t-shirt with this album cover on it. Found out a friend of mine had it on CD, so I borrowed it from her and copied it to a cassette. Next time I had money from my paper route, I bought it on CD, along with Kerplunk and 1,039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours. Green Day was a huge part of the soundtrack to my adolescence.

Yall need to check out Dene’s (the good dev of Fable) new game Moonring. It’s in the style of the old Ultima games (more nostalgia!) and it’s FREE. (Highly recommend going with the “beta” branch as he’s updating on a regular basis there and much less broken than the main.)

As an elder Millennial, they can’t even get their generations right, for one. We Millennials are the ones that were there when the ISPs began providing these email services, mixed heavily with the more nerdy of the Gen Xers. We adopted the standalone email services when they came about, leaving the Boomers to the ISP provided services because they didn’t know any better and are very slow to adapt, if at all.

I love how he DAREs TO BE STUPID about it. I guess it could get EVEN WORSE if he went OFF THE DEEP END.

What about with something like Soulseek? I’m just getting into using it and still have no idea how to optimize using it, and doing so safely.
