2·6 days agoI think that’s normal generally. At one point I only ate chicken and then I went vegetarian. I try to not eat the same stuff every literal day. Eating the same stuff just 3 or 4 days a week hasn’t given me any issues over the last decade.
Could be that you don’t get everything your body needs and body just overrules brain at some point. But no idea.

I don’t think anything is wrong fundamentally with that. Depends maybe on how they are structured. My notes sometimes tend to mutate into a tree diagram. It’s basically a 2D projection of a 3D structure.
