The US recognized a right-winger as the rightful president of Venezuela and even had most the US believing it. No leaks at all.
They’re going to use the cia. Trump would use proxy forces to invade under the guise of assisting a rebellion. He can find an opposition political leader, declare him the leader (in this case, declare Greenland to be soverign from Denmark) and then absorb greenland.
The US already attacked Canada using one of its propaganda tools: Facebook. This is cyberwarfare.

Some have tried to argue that it’s actually facebook trying to get revenge for Canadian courts eliminating the cbc from social media feeds. Does that make any sense? They don’t care if canada doesn’t get news. They want that since they were curating those news feeds with stilted inflammatory content like many right wingers wanted in the first place.
They already answered this question. They would use procedural rules to prevent Canadian votes from mattering, the same as they have done in the US in many states.
Involuntary commitment decisions have to be made by a someone with medical or psychological training. In the past people were disappeared (there’s a movie about it called “The Changeling”).
But I think we need to make addiction one of the mental conditions that should lead to temporary mandatory rehab. I don’t think addiction is something people choose to be afflicted with and if there’s a chance they could be successfully treated it might be something they will look back on with some posititivity.
