You know I didn’t know the US had a billion people. lol at least that’s what you’d think from all shit talkers online that all obese people are from the US.

Some places have preemptively outlawed doing this.

I was paying for a year at a pop. After the price hike, I was going to cancel entirely. It just happened to coincide with the shitty Disney/hulu ad price. Which got my kids off my back for not having it and it’s only like 36 bucks for the year. If I feel inclined to watch something on those two then I watch on desktop and ad block the ads.

That’s funny because it will “leak” at some point not far into the future.

I do get sub 1000 view recommendations from YouTube but I don’t know if I would assume those creators haven’t paid any money. You can pay to push your videos to a small, very targeted, audience for fairly cheap.

There’s still plenty of people doing that. But their uploads will be inconsistent when they upload and quality. The views will also be low so YouTube’s algorithm won’t recommend it unless they pay to advertise.
This absolutely killed me for summer break during school.

Anyone who is interested in a foldable. Check eBay or Swappa. I was really surprised to find them 2nd hand for like 600-800. Which is crazy considering how much they sell for new.

The Linux and FOSS “propaganda” on here is effective lol. I’ve swapped my laptop over to Linux and I’m close to swapping my server and main computer to it.

After Reddit pulled a capitalism, I decided to come here and more importantly read more. In the past decade I had read maybe 2 books. Now I have read a ton and I’m really happy to be reading as much as I did when I was a kid.
Here’s my list from June.
Waking Gods by Sylvain Neuvel
Only Human by Sylvain Neuvel
Flowers for Algernon by Daniel Keyes
Shogun by James Clavell
Circe by Madeline Miller
The Secret History by Donna Tartt
The Player of Games by Iain M. Banks
I, Robot by Isaac Asimov
The Color of Magic by Terry Pratchett
The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle by Haruki Murakami
Annihilation by Jeff VanderMeer
Wool by Hugh Howey
Shift by Hugh Howey
Dust by Hugh Howey
Luna: New Moon by Ian McDonald
A Deepness in the Sky by Vernor Vinge
(Reading) A Fire Upon the Deep by Vernor Vinge
Yup. Once you hit a certain amount of comments on Reddit, any comment you make was completely pointless.

It absolutely has and I fucking hate it.

This is kind of surprising just because Google has gotten so much worse the last couple of years.
I didn’t come on here to be attacked…but it’s true.
Now this is mildly interesting. This little tidbit will never leave my brain.

That is true. I recant my statement.

Praise be to Yeehaw. Wasn’t aware that Texan was a religion.

Nice
Damn lmao
