Wikipedia says that about 6,500 deaths were sustained by Russia’s side during the war in the Donbas between 2014 and 2022. That’s a military conflict though, NOT an ethnic genocide, as Russia claims. There are genuine reasons to be wary of Russia. Russia is currently invading Europe, causing a horrific amount of death and destruction in Ukraine.
