So, definitely not an anti-satellite weapon from the ground, or even high-atmosphere, but it ought to work if they mounted one to another satellite.
That said, there’s no such thing as a defensive-only weapon. Laser weapons can be deadly to people too, and even at a fraction of their rated power output they could blind people instantly.

Depends on the pellet gun. The spring-powered ones are pretty quiet, but if it uses compressed air or CO2 cartridges then there’s a bit of a pop when the gasses escape from behind the pellet.
Corporate decided it was more profitable.
I’ve been waiting for this for years. I can’t wait to eat the first celebrity that donates some cells for a tie-in promo with Taco Bell. That shit is going to be so mid and our nightmare cyberpunk future is incomplete without it. XD

Seedboxes are cheap, you can rent one with Plex or Jellyfin and 1TB of storage space for like $7/mo.
Not just that, the in-game voice chat can live-transcribe spoken audio to the chat window.
Easily solved by using open-source firmware.

Figuring out what I want is hard enough, and now I’m expected to figure out how to convey those thoughts to other people in real-time‽ Ain’t nobody that needs that kind of stress, I’d rather go hungry than impose on people…
Meh, some two-bit hack talking head isn’t much of a distraction. It’d take a lot of luigis to distract from all the other the pedophiles in power.
