This is so cool News, im finally going to check it out. Probably not ready to let Strava go because of some social aspects but nevertheless one step forward

Sonic Analysis and the amount of radios like style or mood radio for example.

I quote Plex here just because I’m lazy:

“Your Plex Media Server can perform a “sonic analysis” of your local music files to catalog detailed characteristics about the actual music itself. That data can then be used in a variety of ways, allowing you to see sonically similar artists/albums/tracks, play a Track Radio, or even suggest specific mixes for you, based on what you’ve already listened to.

It’s a powerful tool, allowing you to explore your music library in Plex like never before!”

It works quite impressive for my library.

I have a navidrome server. Nothing, really nothing comes close to Plexamp and its features … sadly … but they all ain’t bad and got the basic stuff right

Plexamp is just far superior for music. It doesn’t even come close sadly … since I only use it for my music collection I simply prefer Plex … but only because I got lifetime a long time ago for 60 bucks or something …

… just to save a webpage which they tell themselves they’ll read later (but probably won’t) …

I include myself in this

I don’t want to argue if AI is good or bad.

I am using social media to read stuff from other human beings. I am not dumb and I can prompt LLMs myself if I have the need to.

This Looks awesome … but as far as i understand i still Need a Strava Account and Upload my data to Strava? Would be so cool if I could just upload my workout files

Yeah, it‘s okay. But PlexAmp just plays in a different league.

Probably not the only one, but configuring your server for outside access is way easier with Plex.

Since I mainly use these services for streaming my music collection (long time cd collector), I declare that Plexamp is simply superior to jellyfin. It is really awesome and feature-rich and jellyfin does not even come close to Plexamp regarding music in my opinion.

What are the chances?

Well, I won’t make up numbers (like you did) but two things

• wrong diagnosis are a thing, won’t argue about that
• you mostly hear the people who complain about false diagnosis. Just because a group of people is “loud” does not mean they are in the majority.

Well, it worked for 10+ years, that’s something, isn’t it?

That’s just how brains work, nothing to do with neurodivergent.

We did not even have dumb phones … somehow we still survived …
