Yes- but it’s up to your instance admin to do that
According to Meta, they have plans to integrate ActivityPub into Threads some time soon, meaning they would be able to federate with Mastodon, Calckey, Misskey, Pleroma, Lemmy, Friendica, etc.

Yeah- this is my big gripe with all of the alternative video sharing platforms. All of them have a significantly right-wing conspiracy theorist bias. Not really a place I see myself spending a lot of time, personally.
Arc is incredible. I can’t wait for it to come to Windows
