Anything and everything related to noises and sounds being so loud/unnecessary. It feels like the world keeps getting louder and louder for no reason. Speakerphones blasting music and full volume calls on speaker, thudding base/stereo systems, just the volume people seem to talk without any regard for the people around them is ridiculous. That’s not to mention any of my misophonia related triggers on top of it all. Some days I really wish I could turn my hearing off for a bit

Darn tough socks are fantastic for quality/longevity, their guarantee/replacement policy makes them 100% worth it. Plus they are super comfy and great quality socks to boot. I invested in about 20 pairs over the years and haven’t purchased anything else since because they hold up amazing

When I can’t get my hands on lactose-free regular milk I get coconut milk. I have tried lots of alternatives and Coconut is my favorite. I find the flavors strong in the oat, soy, and almond milks, so unless I am baking or making something with super strong flavors, I find them to overpower too much

I recommend this stuff to wrap around the legs if you still find yourself stabbing your toes. We have it on all the beds/furniture in our house and it’s fantastic, you can cut it to size and it sticks to itself/stays in place!
