516·1 year agoyes it does, net neutrality not only has to do with the ISP but also the services. different useragent string should NOT lead to a worse quality of service.
3·1 year agoI bet the advertiser doesn’t know English (probably a Chinese manufacturer) and thought the end of every word is the unit (like for x and p)
