Not defending Ukraine here but doesn’t Russia do the same thing? They don’t have fair elections, opposition is almost no n existent and independent media is limited (which Georgians refers to as the Russian law). They conscript anyone suitable enough into the military. I don’t see how Russia is any different. Putin literally killed one of his oppositions.
