I had a IoT device “lightbulb” that would trim any spaces left after the passkey, problem being I intentionally had a blank space at the end of my passkey. Took a while to realize till I counted the little stars hiding the recorded passkey.

Would we blame the plane pilot, the airship company or the parents? Cause sending your kids on the internet alone is the exact same ! It should always be the parents who care for their kids to control and limit their exposure to internet not society as a whole.

VieuxQueb@lemmy.cato Technology@lemmy.world•Electric vehicles will need 'battery passports' to enter EU from 2027English5·1 year agoThanks for the chuckle! I needed that.
I changed from a pixel 6 that I loved to a pixel 8 (I love it too) only because changing phones for a new contract gave cost me 20$ less and gave me 60Gig of data instead of 20. So I got a better phone, more data and a cheaper bill for changing to a new phone.
If I wanted to keep the pixel 6 I needed to pay 168$ and keep my old contract.
Why can’t I get the same deal without changing.
P.S. I’m in Canada. Was 76$ a month now is 55$.

It is not clean energy ! Where do you put the waste ? If it’s so clean I guess you dont mind if we use YOUR backyard to put the waste ?
When spray painting you want to control the wind as it WILL waste a lot of your paint and will interfere with the evenness of the paint application. And prevent outside dust from ruining your fresh paint coat.
