Hey at least now that they’re coming for you, you see them as a problem. Progress!

Actually no, details don’t matter! Women’s suffrage ran on the idea they deserved the right to vote. They didn’t start out demanding a constitutional amendment specifically and immediately 😀. The civil rights movement didn’t detail how to repeal Jim Crow laws and last out step by step how to integrate the black community . Please read a book, educate yourself on how change occurs instead of constantly saying it can’t happen and doing your best to make it so (by doing nothing). The idea that you need a step by step plan to fix injustice or it’s not possible is insane.
Edit: also, until you get the least bit of education, I can’t engage with you any further. You’re utterly exhausting, sorry!
Sure! Continue to get active in our communities, create support networks, and once you get enough supporters strike until change is implemented. That’s just a non-violent option too.
If you’d like to learn more about things being “impossible” and still changing, maybe read a history book! Civil rights, women’s suffrage, and the rise of the AFL are great starting points.
My half thought conspiracy: The actual hope is to get people so reliant on AI that the fee is secondary.
You’re already starting to see this in news articles where, "Chat gpt says Trump’s physical not possible," or that “gork calls elon top misinformation spreader.”
Why are news outlets reporting on what some hallucinating AI says? To legitimize it. As people use it more they’ll become more reliant on it. It’ll be no different than, "just Google it "
But they aren’t only going to do this to make a profit. It’s more than that. It’s about controlling the flow of information. Once people are reliant on it they’ll adjust algorithms and black list information that doesn’t benefit them.
Legitimately AI is trying to position itself to control information and by extension the realities of its users. And that is priceless.
My example, however, is specifically something that is “not possible,” that is occurring in the very system that you are insisting is “not possible” to change.
There’s literally no way to send someone on American soil to El Salvador without due process. Check the Constitution if you think I’m lying. Still happened.
Stop pretending we have to work within the system as if the system works for us.
You do know Biden kept the concentration camps Trump opened in his first term open and then used them twice as much, right?
American exceptionalsm is so freaking annoying, dealing with it first hand trying to get people to realize we’re not actually the good guys and we aren’t actually the best is exhausting.
Seriously the majority of people here are ignorant to the world at large and brainwashed.
The irony of Biden approving more drilling and selling more protected land than any other president in history makes this comment so freaking funny.
Sure Trump is trying to best Biden on that front, but the fact that a Democrat already had that mantel at all and you have the nerve to comment this is just peak.
Why didn’t the “boring corporatists” shut down the concentration camps when they were in power?
It’s because we have the Nazi party and the Nazi collaborator party. And somehow voting for the latter is just.
Every election is “not the right time,” to demand a better life for the people. Interesting how that works.
How the solution became “vote for my person even if they don’t represent you” and not “hey this voting system is broken and republicans are exploiting it. Lets fix it.” Is beyond all reason.
When you realize Democrats are just blue MAGA it makes more sense. They’ve become entirely “any vote (or lack of vote) that isn’t blue is wrong and you’re a piece of shit,” despite their candidates mirroring early 2000 Republicans.
It’d be hilarious how unprincipled Democrats are if they werent the only option next to fascists
Even Obama abandoned his promise to codify Roe V Wade immediately despite having a super majority his first 6 months in office.
Biden complained about Trump putting kids in camps during his first term. Only to not close said camps upon taking power - in fact he used those very same camps MORE than Trump.
Biden called himself the greenest president for his energy investment despite approving more drilling and selling more protected land to oil companies than any other president in history (though current Trump is looking to best that).
You feel like you lose because you do. These people do not care about us.
It’s weird how Dems refuse to acknowledge it’s a politicians job to get people to vote for them. They constantly just blame voters.
Double it and give it to the next defendant!
Well we don’t get a home, jobs are being replaced with AI, and no one can afford children. So we can avoid those roadblocks lol
Ukraine has shown that any country that wishes to stay sovereign needs nukes. Trump’s rhetoric around the “51st” State further proves the need.
And the us military historically actually has a lot of trouble with those
I disagree, not anymore anyway. Sure Vietnam was a wholesale loss. But while the US failed to institute a lasting democracy in Afghanistan, their KD is like 1:200. In 20 years of occupation they lost under 3000 troops. That is with logistics supplying the force on the other side of the world. That’s actually a crazy accomplishment and show of power.
While the military might not be able to “win” if they fully side with trump, America in for a long and bloody (mostly bloody for the civilians) occupation.
Hey at least the one and only time he went low and broke decorum was so he could pardon his own son. And the other 1200 people a week later when he realized how bad the optics were.
And just to get ahead of those people. I’m not necessarily mad he pardoned his son. I’m mad there only time he broke decorum was for his own personal interests and not the American people’s.
I’m not sure what your point is.
Mine is democrat judges are signing bogus warrants for Daddy Trump’s SS
I’m not being a centrist, I’m just telling you to stop supporting your enemy.
