I stopped watching and listening to the news about 3 years ago and found that it greatly improved my mental health. When I read humankind by Rutger Bregman, he talked about the same thing, the news cycles are doing nothing good for you, they’re just pumping all the bad news from around the world straight into your brain, and who can cope with that and not be impacted?
