I thought the EU has been pretty good on privacy so far. Of course the US is trying to duck it up.

Step 1: genocide
Step 2: resettle Gaza
Step 3:???
Step 4: Profit!

This Chef does amazing work. My partner’s dream was to help out in a non-profit that helps in direct ways like this organization, she considered it when the Ukraine war started but just ended up sending them money lol. Like, his work to feed hungry people in places around the world has made my partner literally cry just reading about it.
His aide workers didn’t deserve to be collateral damage in Israel’s dumb genocide, especially when they made every precaution to let the government know where they’ll be. But if it wasn’t for terrible people like the IDF, then there wouldn’t be a need for these brave and helpful folk, like the chef and his workers.
Also, fuck the White House for pushing back against his statements. They’re almost as bad as Israel in how they are complicit in this.

Oh then it definitely shouldn’t be on lemmy.world. You should make a new one and put it on Lemmy.dbzer0.com like someone else said.

What is the remarkable tablet? Or is that something I should ask in that community?
Ya isn’t OpenAI a public benefit corporation that has been gradually losing its values and becoming more corporate?

But then it just comes off hypocritical and disingenuous if you selectively apply pressure. Then it just looks like you’re trying to give a competitive edge to US evil social media and preventing youth from learning about the situation in Palestine.

It’s definitely a good idea to have more information on each instance on the join Lemmy page. Good idea!

I don’t see stores pulling out of Israel, confiscating their property, boycotting their vodkas, shutting them out of the bank systems, or any of the other countless stuff international governments did against Russia after their invasion of Ukraine.

Is this sister than the last one?

Same. I’m barely in my office anymore since I started even just a hybrid work from home schedule. It’s good to separate the work space from other spaces imo
Ya but there’s too much. Now we have games getting out half-finished because they know they can patch it later after the public pays full price too beta test it.
Beautiful

I’m going to guess that everything else became so expensive, like food and rent, that people have less money to spend on a computer, and there’s is particularly expensive. But that’s just my guess.

Not to mention that a grid doesn’t have to be a coal or gas plant. Lots of houses have solar charging now, for example.

I definitely know everyone can’t work from home, I’ve got a couple coworkers who can’t focus there because they got kids, or a spouse who works from home and takes meetings in the one office, or they need the social interaction. But, wfh saves gas, saves money on commute, allows saving money on childcare, more flexibility with doctor and dentist appointments, and has tons of other benefits. It’s got lots of benefits, especially in cities with tons of traffic. Having it be a choice seems like the best option all around.

It’s even better than money, it’s Loompa Coin. Sure it’s worth nothing now, but that just means it’s a great investment. Any day now the value will skyrocket…

I’m glad it’s not just me that has noticed that Google has been utter crap lately. Which is weird, because it’s their main freaking product.
Ah. Well that sucks =(
