I landed on fedora. Stable with more frequent updates. If I run a server I usually go with Ubuntu because it has a lot of packages installed already so I don’t have dependency issues with whatever I’m installing and I’m too lazy to install a bunch of packages myself.

That’s where I got it from! I Can’t believe the site exists.

Most likely a poor solder joint.

I had a sudden hole in a piston one time, no warning just a massive amount of smoke coming from the blown out breather hose under the hood. I slapped a used piston and new injectors into it and it’s still going along.

How’s that supposed to work with ssh keys?
Not just because of the gendered name but also to remain independent of any other instances.
This is the first time I’ve seen a ferule called an olive.

He’s itching to drop a nuke.

It’s perfectly fine as long as you’re dull. However I also created !dullsters@dullsters.net as a second channel.

Same, but I live in a small town with few other options, so I have to weigh the cost of driving 30 minutes one way if I need something immediately.

Thank you for your very detailed response! My goal is to do automotive diagnostics so I’ll be working on the 13v range at the most. It looks like I should have sprung for the 2 channel picoscope which cost around $200. I knew going in that this scope would have limitations, but I didn’t fully understand what they are. Fortunately many sensors used for diagnostics work in the mv range. I’m mostly looking at relative comparisons such as cam and crank sensor correlation, an amp clamp (1mv output per amp), canbus, voltage fluctuations, and pulse sensors.

I don’t know if this is still a thing in certain places but they used to physically take your driver’s license if you got a speeding ticket and then give it back to you when you paid the ticket.

They’re going to air strike people on us soil, I guarantee it.

You’re not going to kick a taillight and have it fall out like that unless it was already broken or loose also the wiring is stupidly long. The people in the video I saw also move fucky/ unnaturally unless the video I saw was sped up for a few frames here and there. It could be a doctored video where he really did kick the car, but I doubt the taillight would just fall out like that.

That taillight video looks like ai
Those flock cameras could be used to infer speeding based on implausible times between cameras based on distance and speed limits. They won’t do it because then most people would be against them. I could see them selling that information to insurance companies though.
