Not 100% the same, but their science advisor Erin Macdonald basically played herself in Prodigy.

It’s an example of “headlinese”, the odd rules used to shorten headlines. It’s at least decades old and comes from newspapers where space was limited. In this case the comma subs in for “and”.

That said, I agree it’s old-fashioned and confusing, and wouldn’t be missed if news sites collectively agreed to stop doing it.

That was a rumor, and has never been verified despite decades of discussion and many attempts to prove or disprove it. Also, it was filmed in Japan, not China.

I might swap in Explorers as the third to complete the “kids flying spaceships” theme. But BNI was a classic too.

There are several easter eggs that still work. A few of my favorites:

• Search roll a die and it’ll bring up a special box with a virtual die in it.
• Search askew to tilt the page.
• Search either do a barrel roll or z or r twice to make the page spin.
• Search recursion and it suggests you search “recursion” instead.
• Search anagram and it suggests “nag a ram”.
• Go to the Google frontpage, type zerg rush there, and hit “I’m Feeling Lucky” for a swarm to destroy the search results.

Before Gmail, my old Hotmail account had a whopping 2MB of storage, and others were similarly small. Gmail was a few GB right from the start, forcing the rest to compete and offer more storage.

To my knowledge Brave doesn’t have an official stance on any of this, but it’s not a good look when the CEO does (or at least, did in the recent past).

Is the image you’re trying to copy/paste a webp instead of a jpeg or png? I just tested, and it quietly fails to paste a webp for me, but jpeg and png work just fine.
