Well just today after a half hour Phone call I was offered an Email because of a broken fax machine. So technological development is going great. One of the very few times someone agreed to that. I mean it was just to show I am was actually a member of my health insurance, which could have been done without human intervention but a win is a win.

This is defenitely the exception, this is why I hope more people switch soon

Even if a great new service or product comes along it alway just gets bought out by somme billionaire
