Yeah my go to is rotisserie chicken, canned corn, and the pre-made refrigerated mashed potatoes.
I gotta start breaking down the chicken and portioning the meals at the start of the week though because even that when I get home at the end of a day is like, damn. I gotta open a can of corn, take about half, take a third or so of potato container, cut or rip the chicken off the bone, put it on a plate microwave it, season it. Like damn.



I do think it would probably be reasonable to charge for neglect / abuse depending on circumstance in atleast cases where the child is severely physically disabled from their weight and there is no underlying illness in the child to cause such a desire to eat. Or maybe even further to if there is an underlying illness causing it and they refused to acknowledge such or seek help if acknowledged.
