Absolutely not. I’d rather be able to walk to a variety social spaces and not worry about being eaten alive by bugs when outside.
Old people tend to want to live in the middle of nowhere the most. They just also expect the elder healthcare to magically be just as good.

The Secret War To Censor The Internet
The CC companies have religious morons contained within their executives but they’re mainly being puppeted by outside religious evangelical organizations with a long history of wanting to destroy all sex work or erotica art.
I mask a lot better when I’m not depressed. (I’m horribly depressed.)
That said I still mask as second nature pretty well as I consistently get the “I wouldn’t have guessed you were autistic.” response from people a lot. I generally love socializing and I’m pretty good at it from experience and the topic of “people” being an on and off special interest.
If you elaborated and actually explained the specifics of your point instead of being vague you run the risk of having to make an argument in favor of it instead of just feeling safely morally or intellectually superior to a stranger on the internet.
I don’t want to waste my time on ego. I know I can be ignorant, I’m looking to learn. I also know some people think they have it all figured out, I hope I can provide a meaningful counter for them to chew on. Maybe I didn’t understand you: then fucking explain your point or stop wasting people’s time with smug vague posts. This isn’t bluesky.
Otherwise, it sounds like you were actively hoping I did not understand your point so you could enjoy the aroma of your own flatulence.
I don’t know who the bad guy is here because closing the source a while back makes me distrust this dev yet also I 100% believe Linux users (or at least the power users) are almost certainly insufferable in ways that would drive a reasonable dev out of development for Linux.
The thing is, he is referencing specifically a model that recently demonstrated (to its developers at least) the ability to self improve without direct human input. But obviously there are caveats to what that actually means.
That he is referencing something specific and recent though makes me think he’s being genuine here, he believes what he is saying.
Obviously, hes almost certainly jumping the gun. Hes demonstrated a lack of critical thinking when it comes to new technological developments. See: all the money he dumped into VR and the Metaverse. (I say this as much as I personally like VR, its not exactly a money maker)
I see some commenters here pointing out that he is a coder, but he’s probably not coded anything for more than a decade at this point. He is fully immersed in the Silicon Valley koolaid, only he seems to use more public facing optimism about AI compared to other CEOs.
Fiction is definitionally not true or is made up.
Convert churches into museums for art and displaying the horrors of religion
Not all of them have pretty art. Just turn the boring looking ones into secular club houses or even just regular housing.
Do you support incest and rape video games being globally banned from sale? I mean, I can kind of get it, its fucked up porn.
But I don’t like the idea of fictional smut, even if of particularly morally questionable type of porn, gets globally banned (as long as its just fictional obviously).
What people jork their peanits/flick their bean to as long as no one was actually harmed in its production is none of my or your business.
Obviously, there is also the chilling effect of letting this censorship slide and the anti-democratic nature of payment processors being the ones enforcing this. But I suspect those are unconvincing to you and you are happy this stuff is harder to get now. Am I wrong?
I don’t see how this would matter though. In a dating app, someone who refuses to date zionists will notice if pro-zionism is on their profile and not match with them or even block them. If there is no mentioned zionism on the rightwinger’s profile and the rightwinger is trying to trick people into dating them whether the anti-zionist is able to post “No Zionists” on their profile is immaterial, the rightwinger will try to match with them regardless.
TBH, I don’t know why a zionist would want to date someone who’d even put “no zionists” in their profile in the first place if anything this is just encouraging everyone to waste their time.
Well, not every zionist likes Netanyaho. In fact I think even among them the majority dislike him because basically most of almost every group dislikes Netanyaho ATM. Hes only still in power because of political leverage, fear, etc. Sort of a “Hes a evil psychopath but what if we get instability in this turbulent war time by removing him?”
Also I’ve 100% encountered zionist LGBT people on dating apps. They’ve been either Jewish or Centrist Libs.
Or because of “poor relations” between Islam and LGBT… Which is mostly just any religion and LGBT. Seeing zionism as a lesser evil to Islamic fundamentalism that they associate with Palestinian Nationalism.
My autistic ass is going to be nitpicky as well. Zionism deals directly with people who identify with a religion and where they ought to live. I mean it also vaguely alludes to aspects of jewish ethnicity’s since zionism likely also is concerned with athiest but ethnically jewish people unless I am mistaken. There is a lot wrapped up in it.
Also religions have specific outcomes they desire as well.
Regardless, my point people should be allowed to be anti-zionist on Grindr if they can be anti-other-vaguely-equivalent-things.
I mean “No Jews” is allowed so its not even that they’re worried about antisemitism.
Yeah that’s fucked. If you are going to let people say “No Christians” or “No Muslims” then “No Zionists” ought to be allowed.
Has the Nvidia CEO sent swathes of innocent people into concentration camps?
And man, Trump’s not even the most evil in his administration. That arguably goes to Stephen Miller.
Executive dysfunction is also an autism thing. Brain no likely changing topics, starting work on a responsibility that isn’t my current obsession is very difficult.
