Unfortunately some of these words don’t quite click.
Yeah as I said take what I said with a massive grain of salt, some people are saying it’s because of a limit of hdmi data sending so it could be that.
I really get it man, I was originally not gonna take the offer (it was a take it or leave it, not a situation I could sell it) since I love all the open systems android uses. Unfortunately, I’ve been buying androids for the vast majority of my life and they just haven’t been that usable for me. It’s not like I’m giving money to apple anyway since I’m not buying anything from them and I would really benefit from 3rd party apps since I used to use them on a daily basis on my android.
Me neither to be honest, 24 is kind of a weird number when added up.
I found people online saying it’s because it’s 24 frames (standard frame rate) higher than 120 meaning it can be used to watch movies using integer scaling (1:6 ratio of frame rate rather than 1:5.5 or something strange), take that with a massive grain of salt though because lots of people say there’s other reasons.
I got given an iPhone, owning a branded product isn’t as much of a choice as you’d think. And it really doesn’t change anything for you since you’d have to actively go out of your way normally to use a 3rd party app store. The walled garden is still there unless you go exploring.
I think all the proposed medication to slow aging is cheap. Although I can unfortunately imagine some horrible world where the prices go up just because people want it and the patent stops other companies making it. (Can we just like not have patents last longer than 5 years)
This is actually a really interesting question, personally never. Not like heat death of the universe never but I don’t feel like there’s a point in theoretical forever young immortality where I would want to die, there’s always more shit to do and I’ve never felt like I need to up my game or something. I’m curious what you guys think though
Happened to me once so I guess it’s not as weird as I thought.
Most of genz get it pretty intuitively because they grow up with Google searching. I didn’t realise until recently how much more important it is you understand the answers than find them especially if you’re getting a niche error.
That’s a really good point and not something i thought of but with https doesn’t the server still have the ability to trace users via their IP and could be asked by governments for information? I guess tor is already good enough tor that though
Is it not possible to use both at the same time? They’re both network protocols but surely they operate on different levels, ActivityPub is the social networking protocol and Veilid would be the method of distribution within that protocol. I’m new to all this stuff so i could definitely be wrong
Yeah sorry i just pasted it from my phone i didn’t realise it wasn’t the proper link
Thanks man, youve been really helpful, it’s nice to see people putting effort into showing other people stuff
Thanks! I think the carving is ore inaccurate than you think but yeah i considered that wih some of my others
Yeah my friend is a big fan
Thanks so much! I was hoping the flamey look of the paint came out well
Lol the photo wasn’t attached in the original or some reason
I second the dynamo, never felt it pulling me back and I always have working lights. I tease my bike enthusiast friend whenever he asks to charge his lights but it really is just convenient. So far I’ve never broken them so I think that’s a plus.
