When a casual acquaintance asks my political leaning, I say Democrat to keep things simple. But, really, I’m a Bernie guy. I don’t want to talk politics, and trying to explain that Democrats are actually center-right is just too much effort to put into… well, just about everyone nowadays.

If she did, she was cornered into this. Driven to it, explicitly. It was not an organic outcome of a series of tragic events, she was corralled.

Or, maybe she didn’t do it any more than Epstein did.

I’m an old geezer who made the jump a year ago, it really isn’t hard. Literally, the only thing I miss is the big preview window in the file manager. Big previews for all of the major formats is a big plus for Windows, but not one that kept me on their side.

My HOA has mellowed a bit over the years. Nowadays, 27 years after the subdivision was built, they negotiate for decent landscaping service, and make sure people don’t leave trash and junk cars in their yard, that’s about it. I’m happy enough with how they operate. I don’t own a lawn mower or a rake.

Some HOAs are run like mini fiefdoms, though.

I saw one yesterday in the wild. It’s unusual for where I live, we’re not rich here, and being a blue state, we’re not stupid, either.

Surprisingly, it still had all of it’s body panels intact.

Ten is about all I’ll have open at once. That happens usually when I’m researching something. When I’m satisfied with my research, I close the tabs. It makes me itchy to have so many open.
