Idk. I feel mentally healthier off social media. But its been around since I was in high school and I have no idea how to socialize with people outside my immediate circle now. My social muscles have atrophied.

It’s such sweet relief to know exactly what is wrong with yourself at that moment. Takes the guesswork out of it.

Every day and wondering when someone will do something about them. They are ruining my lawn.

That wasn’t always public knowledge. It was a thing you only learned about later on when you were more indoctrinated. Then undercover reporters found out and South Park made it very public.

You can say the same for entry level employees though. I’m not trusting anyone new to post without review.

Granted I rather the company pay someone so they can be taught and eventually become autonomous over time.

One day in the future reddit will just be bots advertising to bots.

I understand users, they just want the forum and don’t care about the politics.

Mods on the other hand… it’s a busy job that you are already doing for free. If the platform is turning against you what incentive is there to work for them?
