112·3 days agoNone of this would be a problem if they weren’t taking your queries and feeding it back into the system. Just stop trying to harvest the input from “abusive” people, you don’t need to ban them. No other tool in human history needed this. Its like telling you that using a hammer to open a pickle jar is making hammers worse everywhere else on the planet.

This is what happens when you let a criminal run the government.
The last time I checked, no person under the age of 18 can purchase internet access from an ISP. An adult has to enter a contract before a single byte can be transferred across the internet. All the content you see online was put there by an adult, or the responsibility of an adult. The internet itself is already an age gate.

Its actually the capitalist class that feels entitled to other people labor for “free”, or grossly underpaid
Their labor was already exploited before it became a product for you to download
and they can’t keep collecting your privacy data to sell when you try to go watch it again
I don’t think these assholes understand that its a VERY useful tool for archiving the internet, which helps keep powerful people accountable. We must fight to keep this tool so that journalists and activists can keep speaking truth to power.
