      I’d imagine the big issue to solve here would be latency. You are very right to ask how well it would work in practice, considering companies patent plenty of things that never end up seeing the real world.

      Also didn’t the cancelled royal core have something like the reverse with rentable units?

    Reading the article this is not at all what I thought when i read the headline.
    I thought it was merely a feature to identify the fastest core, which has been done for years.
    Instead it’s a concept to bundle 2 cores to work together as 1 faster core.
    Good to see Intel is still kicking to catch up.
