    Most of those farmers probably voted for Trump. When you fuck around, eventually, you also find out. Fascists do not support the working class.

    The lunacy of something as banal as a trade war with a genuinely autocratic regime. They will be told to tighten their belts against the US, and will happily do it. It pales in comparison to what people were told to do, and did during COVID.
