I make mine in an air fryer and season with Dan-Os or Ms Dash.

Unless I make my own from fresh plantains, which I eventually will. Goya is the only brand I can find near me. Unfortunately. But I am stoked to make homemade tostones.

I need a fact check. Anyone who knows Spanish well enough, is this why they are called tostones.
