I built this Firefox extension to solve a specific annoyance: losing your tab context when closing Firefox or when it crashes.
The extension saves all currently open tabs as a named session snapshot that you can restore with one click later. Sessions are stored locally in browser.storage.local — no accounts, no server sync, no telemetry.
Main use cases:
- Context switching between projects (save ‘Work project A’ tabs, close, switch to ‘Research’ context)
- Pre-meeting save (quick snapshot before you need to close everything for a screenshare)
- Crash recovery when Firefox’s built-in session restore fails
Free, open source, reviewed by Mozilla AMO.

How is this different from the Firefox extension called ‘Session Manager’ that exists?
