Christmas may still be months away, but Region of Waterloo councillors are already looking at big changes to how real trees are handled once the holiday season wraps up.

      I personally think there is a question to why it’s costing $140 per tree. I bet some folks would happily do it for vastly cheaper. Especially given their plan of volunteers doing it.

      However they’re right. Drop services, increase taxes… tale as old as time in KW.
