    So we put an image of [a TV] on every box. We assumed handlers would care a little more about that. And we were right…Overnight our shipping damages dropped by 70-80% .

        Yeah that’s just really strange to me that they take such care with TVs and everything else is just “fuck it”.

          Maybe they tend to have a greater respect for TVs because they’re more known for being expensive and fragile, or maybe they just hate bikes. There is a lot of insane, irrational hatred over bikes. It’s totally crazy, but here we are!
