      It’s gotta be an “operating” or “actual physical control” charge because they didn’t see him driving.

        I’m referring to how people get charged with DUIs for sleeping in the back of their car with the keys outside of the car

        I don’t know the actual charges in that area, but thank you

        Oh my friend they absolutely do not need to see you driving impaired, just in a position you could drive impaired… Driver’s seat and keys in the ignition, DUI. I think it’s stupid as hell but it happens
