My wife made potato salad to bring to dinner at friends’ house last night. It’s about half hard boiled duck eggs by volume.

To be fair it looks really tasty, and I guess everyone had their own preferences.
Yup. That’s the way I like it but it’s cool if you like it another way. I really like lots of egg in my potato salad but that’s just me.
Duck eggs make everything taste richer cuz they have more fat and protein than chicken eggs - total game changer for potato salad!
