It’s incredibly remote, flying from the US it’ll take you about 24 hours to set foot on Bora Bora proper but you’ll be in Tahiti in like ~18 hours if you leave from the west coast, so no it’s definitely not accessible basically at all, but you can boat between the islands to a degree once you get there.
